A tall, dark skinned man walks up to you, pats you on the back, and shakes your hand.

"You're new to this town?" he asks. "Oh, I see...so you don't know how it works, do you?" You quickly shake your head.

"This place isn't lollipops and rainbows. You're put into one of six catagories as you live through the motions.
You're a gangleader, a thief, a prostitute, a drug dealer, a pimp, a victim, or a gangmember.
Being a gangleader takes some skill, kid. You need to work your way to the top and fight off the current gangleader. Or you can take the cheap route and just start your own gang.
A thief is easy: mug your victims, steal their lunch money, and you're outta there. This catagory includes shoplifters and carjackers.
Prostitution can be difficult, in a sense. It earns the most cash out of any of these. The problem is, you can't advertise. You have to go with it. It's not only illegal, but hard to keep in the right people's minds.
Drug dealing. If you're a drug dealer, you've probably been something before this, because of the high costs. It may not be true, but more often then not, you were a gangleader. ((If your character has a history of being from a rich family, this is ideal.)) It's one of the hardest jobs-Everyone wants to be on top.
Victims. Victims are normal people with no intent of breaking the law. You earn a steady pay from your job every week. ((Unlike the others where you earn different amounts))
Gangmembers are the grunts of the town. It's probably the easiest job you can get. You get the lowest pay each week, but you have loyal guys to stand behind you. This is the overall easiest place to get, but you get the least pay a week, unless your gang mugs a victim."
Pimps are what they are. They collect women and use them as toys. Prostitutes are their toys.

South Central is a run down city just outside of the San Francisco borders.

Some call it a "Ghetto."

The basic rules are:

~This is an Alternate Universe Adventure Time-Your OC MUST be a human.

~You can be any of the six levels, but for some, (Like, Drug dealer,) you need background information that would back up why your OC would choose this path.

~If an attack is launched please inform an admin of the group. They will decide what happens in the attack-Whether the attacker stole every penny from the victim, or got half and got beat. There are plenty of outcomes. (This is decided by the strengths and weaknesses of the attacker(s) and the Victim(s)) You will be informed through a comment on your application that your OC is being attacked. If your gang is being attacked, the gangleader will be told that it is under attack, and it is up to them to inform the rest of the members.

~When filling out your application, please include UP TO 3 weaknesses, and 3 strengths. (You must have as many weaknesses as strengths to prevent sueism. But you may have more weaknesses.) The ones you can use, are:

~PLEASE save the raw file of the picture on your application in case your OC does not get their desired category. (For instance, if your OC is an awkward, loudmouth, booksmart, unloyal person, they're most likely not going to be a drug dealer. If you think a little outside the box though, and give a good reason, I'm all for that!)

~If your OC is a gangmember, they will always be accepted. (Unless that specific gang is not open for new recruits.) Same thing goes for "Victims."

~If your OC is launching an attack, please remember it doesn't always have to be on a victim. Victims are just easiest since they aren't street trained. (It can also be on a gang or group.)

~There are specific rules for each category that need to be followed. They'll be listed  in the gallery folders.

~When your OC starts, they start off with a house, and 1,000-10,000 Dollars (I'm sure you're all aware that a dollar is like a Euro, a Yen, etc.) This will depend on their background and how much money they are expected to have.

Paragraph Example- The man swung at the small woman. "You idiot!" he exclaimed as the woman shook fearfully.

~Every week, Victims, Gangleaders and Gang members get money. Victims receive 500$, and Gang members receive 200$ (given by the gang leader to each member of their gang.)

~IF you run out of cash, you go into Poverty. Ones who are in poverty are listed on the homepage, and people may give them 20-100$. When someone has earned or has been given a total of 500$, they are taken off the poverty list.

~In regards to prostitution: If you feel you are going to roleplay what "Happens," when a prostitute is paid, please bring it to a chatroom. ( chat.deviantart.com/chat/Priva… ) We would like to keep our pages PG-13.
